ハリー・ポッターショップ原宿

ハリー・ポッターのリテール事業のさらなる拡大のため、東京に新店舗をオープンする予定です。ロンドンのキングス・クロス駅構内、ニューヨーク、またワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアーロンドンと東京で運営しているハリー・ポッター直営公式ショップの成功を受け、今回の新店舗でも、エンターテインメント性とインスピレーションに満ちた商品とサービスでハリー・ポッターの魔法の世界を満喫する機会を提供いたします。

この東京の新店舗は、2025年夏にオープンを予定しており、約900平方メートルの広さを誇ります。世界有数の商業エリアである原宿に位置し、多くの人々に愛される店舗になることを目指します。

ハリー・ポッター・ショップは、魔法の世界に命を吹き込む魅惑的な体験を提供するために設計されており、各店舗には記念撮影スポット、インタラクティブな展示、オリジナルの映画の小道具が用いられた内装など、他にはない体験が盛り込まれています。

Your New Role...

店舗マネジメントチームと協働し、販売・バックオフィス・VMD を含むあらゆる運営領域でサービス基準に沿って主体的に現場をリードし、チームの成長と顧客満足を最大化します。

Your Role Accountabilities...

販売

• 販売機会を最大限に活かし、最適な人員配置で顧客の待ち時間を減らしながら販売目標を確実に達成する。

• 自ら先頭に立ってサービス品質を向上させ、コンバージョン率や客単価の改善を推進する。

• 商品に関する情報を収集し、結果をモニタリングして必要な業務改善を行う。

• 返金・交換・スタッフ割引は会社の方針に従って適切に実施する。

人材・リーダーシップ

• スタッフのトレーニングを行い、顧客対応やサービス・ビジュアル基準を維持できるチームを育成する。

• 日々のブリーフィングを主導し、部門やビジネスの動向を共有する。

• 採用活動をサポートし、新人のメンターとして指導を行う。

• H&Sポリシーを遵守し、顧客とスタッフに安全な環境を提供する。

• シフト管理は日次・週次・月次で確実に実施する。

サービス基準

• 店舗マネジメントと協働し、サービスレベルを維持・向上させる。

• チームへの指導を通じてミステリーショッピング基準を達成し、優れたサービスを認識・フィードバックすることでポジティブな行動を促す。

在庫管理・VMD

• 店舗および売場の在庫レベルを管理し、欠品リスクがある場合は速やかに報告する。

• 販促計画に沿ってVMDが高水準を維持できていることを確認し、機器の適切な使用を徹底する。

• 商品および包装の効率的な取り扱いによりシュリンクを最小限に抑える。

• 納品・受け取り・店内外の在庫移動を必要に応じて管理し、安全で効率的な在庫エリアを維持する。

デューティーマネジメント

• デューティーマネジメントチームの一員として、原宿を含む店舗の運営をサポートし、週末や夜間を含む勤務シフトに対応する。

• レジ精算や現金管理をサポートし、在庫カウント業務に協力する。

Qualifications & Experiences...

求める職務経験

• ゲストサービスにおける5年以上の経験

• 2年以上のチームリーダー経験（5～10名以上）

• ホスピタリティ（ホテル等）、観光名所、航空業界での経験歓迎

求める能力

• 最高レベルの顧客サービスを提供できる

• 売上を最大化し、顧客の期待を超えるために様々なチャレンジができる

• 目標達成のために個人やチームのモチベーションを上げる

• 店舗運営を最適化させるため、タイムリーかつ効果的なコミュニケーションができる

• 顧客やスタッフと積極的に交流できる

• 柔軟なアプローチでチームの一員として働く

• ITリテラシーが身についている

勤務体系：

• １年単位の変形労働時間制（週平均約37.5時間）

• 土日・祝日、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務あり

Additional Information

On December 5, Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Netflix will acquire Warner Bros., including its film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO. The transaction is expected to close after the separation of Warner Bros. Discovery's Global Networks division, Discovery Global, into a new publicly-traded company, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2026.
