Your New Role:
The Business Analyst will support the team and key stakeholders with activities related to multiple applications, business processes, and ongoing operational needs. This role focuses on requirements gathering, documentation, testing coordination, and data analysis to support efficient and effective execution across the organization.
Your Role Accountabilities:
OPERATIONS/PROJECT SUPPORT
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements for various applications and processes.
- Support project planning activities by updating project plans, tracking deliverables, and maintaining task lists.
- Facilitate communication between Technology & Operations, global stakeholders. and business partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Maintain application documentation, process flows, and workflow materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with evolving processes.
- Support development of standard operating procedures, basic workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Help prepare training materials, user guides, and reference documents as new processes or enhancements roll out.
- Assist in tracking risks, dependencies, and follow‑ups, escalating issues when needed.
STRATEGY SUPPORT
- Support identification of process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Help maintain and organize backlogs for vendor‑owned and internally developed systems.
- Contribute to preparation of strategy materials, documentation, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist with building simple KPI trackers, dashboards, or monitoring tools to support performance insights.
ANALYTICS
- Support creation and ongoing maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple systems to generate insights for decision‑making.
- Assist in planning and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), including drafting test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
- Conduct baseline evaluations of current business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare meeting materials, capture notes, and track follow‑up items to support stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience owning or managing documentation repositories (e.g., Confluence), including content organization and governance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar analysis tools
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and presentation support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in small cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in iterative, dynamic, and occasionally unstructured environments
Not Required but preferred experience:
- Experience working with the following business groups: Travel, Mail Services, Enterprise Business Resilience
- Knowledge of and passion for technology and industry best practices (AI, ML etc.)
- Experience supporting teams across multiple time zones or within a global organization
