Your New Role...
The Manager, TV Digital Post-Production Operations is responsible for identifying, ordering, finishing and delivery of TV, Digital and Radio spot master materials. Including finishing assigned trailers as needed.
Your Role Accountabilities...
TV/Digital Finishing involves the project management of all linear and digital marketing campaigns. This encompasses TV spots, social media ads, and trailer debuts.
Liaison between creative marketing & the TV marketing post-production facilities including MSP. Guide each group through the necessary deadlines, while tracking the overall budget.
Trained and supervised by Executive Director, TV/Digital Post-Production Operations, and serves as project manager on assigned TV, Digital and radio campaigns and possible trailers or trailer cut downs.
Manages day-to-day support for creative directors in identifying, ordering and delivery of materials to outside vendors. Maintains compilation reels of assigned final TV campaigns.
Responsible for final sign off on mixes, color grading, final graphics, final effects and final sync. Must sign off on final TV/Digital Masters created by finishing vendors.
Provides technical support between cutting rooms and outside vendors regarding source elements such as negative, split audio and music score on TV/Digital campaign finishing
Facilitates and coordinates security requirements in the duplication of creative marketing materials.
Coordinates delivery of TV finishing materials (picture/audio preps, graphics, etc.) from creative vendors to finishing house
Coordinates and confirms approved legals and music clearances used in TV/Digital advertising.
Supports creative vendors, creative directors and audio designers on the mix stage and facilitates delivery of audio elements.
Works closely with various internal departments and vendors (i.e., tech ops, International Marketing and Content Management) to ensure completion and delivery of materials.
Responsible for staying current on all new processes as they pertain to finishing
Responsible for assigning finishing vendors.
Works with Media, Digital and International departments to ensure the finishing of necessary TV & Digital assets to meet media buys and needs.
Qualifications & Experience...
5 yrs in advertising/publicity experience required, including a minimum of 3 years film/video production required.
BA/BS degree in Communication Arts required or equivalent work experience with Film or TV/Video emphasis preferred
Computer skills: Mac, PC proficiency.
Knowledge of film/video production.
Knowledge of deadlines for audio/visual material completion.
Knowledge of advertising.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $75,246.00 - $139,743.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
