Your New Role...

As a Marketing Partnerships Manager (m/f/d), you will be the driving force behind our brand and distribution partnerships. You will develop tailored brand and performance campaigns, manage collaborations from concept to execution, and ensure that our partnership activities are implemented successfully in time.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Manage and strategically develop brand and distribution partnerships.

  • Build, nurture, and expand strategic brand partnerships to strengthen the long-term positioning of HBO Max.

  • Develop and execute customized partner marketing campaigns across all relevant communication channels.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns independently, including budget and resource responsibility.

  • Oversee the development and production of marketing materials and campaign assets across multiple touchpoints.

  • Create compelling presentations, sales materials, and pitch decks for partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Marketing, Licensing, and Content to ensure cohesive partner activations.

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses and identify relevant trends to drive data-based decision-making for partner marketing activities.

  • Analyze and report on partner campaign performance, continuously optimizing strategies and deriving actionable insights.

  • Supporting cross-functional streaming marketing initiatives and contributing flexibly as a versatile team member across partnership marketing, campaign support, and other collaborative projects.

  • Close alignment with regional and global streaming marketing teams to synchronize ideas, manage approvals, and adapt toolkits to local requirements while ensuring consistent brand communication and execution.

  • Active participation in international project groups and task forces to successfully execute large-scale campaigns and initiatives at a local level.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Proven professional experience in marketing, sales, or events — ideally within the media, streaming or subscription based industry.

  • Strong affinity for media, TV, streaming, advertising, and B2B partner marketing.

  • Strong experience in developing presentation materials and delivering persuasive pitches.

  • Excellent sense for brands, storytelling, and brand positioning.

  • Independent and results-oriented working style combined with a creative team spirit.

  • Degree in Communications, Media, Sports or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

  • Analytical and performance oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly structured, reliable, and proactive approach to work.

  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
