Fluxos de Vendas – Vendas de Publicidade
Análise de crédito de novos clientes / novas agências;
Preenchimento do formulário de novo cadastro;
Envio do formulário para o Financeiro;
Obtenção da documentação necessária junto aos Clientes/Agências;
Interface com o mercado e com o Financeiro até a conclusão do processo;
Cliente com restrição: comunicação das alternativas de pagamento antecipado ou envio de documento de consentimento.
SAP Fiori – Cadastro de Novo Cliente / Agência / Associação após aprovação da análise de crédito:
Criação do cadastro no SAP Fiori;
Confirmação financeira do cadastro aprovado;
Comunicação com o time de Suporte (OPEC e Representantes Regionais), sinalizando a aprovação do cadastro.
Principais responsabilidades:
Assegurar o cumprimento das normas e políticas da empresa nos processos Jurídicos, Financeiros, de Compliance, Auditoria e Contabilidade nos projetos de Vendas de Publicidade.
Qualificações e experiência:
- Fortes habilidades analíticas, de resolução de problemas e interpessoais em um ambiente complexo e dinâmico;
- Fortes habilidades organizacionais;
- Ser formado no ensino médio, ou estudante universitário;
É desejável:
- Bilingue (Inglês/Português).
