Your new role:

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent presence and audience engagement. You will analyze KPIs to optimize digital campaigns and drive performance, while leading influencer marketing initiatives, including negotiations and coordination with agencies. Your expertise in digital trends and emerging technologies will be key to proposing innovative solutions. Additionally, you will manage projects with agencies and events, working closely with the Publicity (Press), Promotions, and Trade Marketing teams to align strategies, create compelling materials, and strengthen partnerships with media, collaborators, and exhibitors such as Cinemark and Cinepolis.

Your role accountabilities:

  • Proven experience in social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.);
  • Strong ability to analyze KPIs and optimize performance for digital campaigns;
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, including negotiation and coordination with agencies;
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies;
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate agencies, events;
  • Work closely with the Publicity (Press), Promotions and Trade Marketing departments, joining strategies, offering creative materials, to secure collaboration from media, partners, and exhibitors (Cinemark, Cinepolis, etc);

Qualification & Experiences:

  • 3-4 years of work experience in the Marketing industry as a Senior Digital; Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Strategist, or similar role;
  • Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Business Management;
  • Natively online (hard user);
  • Advanced English language skills - written and oral;
  • Deep knowledge of the Portuguese language, especially in writing;
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel required;
  • Good time management, high sense of priority, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work concurrently with different task profiles;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Creatively Strategic and Data-driven;
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual;
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently;
  • Capability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment.

Other nice to have:

  • Advanced Spanish is desirable;
  • Previous experience in the entertainment industry;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with digital product management;
  • Frameworks;
  • Enthusiastic about new resources, technology, and media.
