Your New Role…
As a Staff - Product Owner, Monetization Apps, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product ownership and ongoing enhancement of our custom-built applications.
You will collaborate closely with senior regional and territory-level stakeholders, as well as external developers and technical partners, to translate complex financial requirements into functional product features and manage continuous product improvement.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Own product roadmap & align with business/finance cycles
Lead agile backlog, sprint planning & cross‑team collaboration
Translate requirements into clear user stories & designs
Maintain documentation, training & compliance (SOX, audit)
Drive enhancements, bug fixes & release management
Act as technical contact across international markets
Build trusted stakeholder relationships (Finance, Legal, Tech)
Facilitate workshops, reviews & retrospectives
Partner with FP&A/Accounting to integrate with SAP FICO & BW
Ensure accurate reporting, cost allocations & subsidy tracking
Qualifications & Experience…
Extensive experience in leading agile product delivery, end‑to‑end lifecycle
Strong background in Controlling, FP&A, and media/content finance
Expertise in participation reporting, amortization & subsidy accounting
Skilled at translating complex finance processes into digital workflows
Proficient in SAP FICO, Excel & SaaS PM tools (Asana, Monday.com)
Advanced Agile certifications (PO/Scrum Master); apply Design Thinking & Lean Startup
Experienced in vendor management, sprint leadership & global delivery models
Strategic thinker with global perspective; influence executive agendas
Cloud ecosystem (AWS), CI/CD pipelines & AI/ML familiarity
Front‑end prototyping (Figma) & software development exposure
Clear documentation skills (architecture diagrams, functional designs)
Excellent communication with international stakeholders & executives
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy & cross‑functional collaboration
Analytical, detail‑oriented, creative problem‑solver with a positive, can‑do attitude
German language skills a plus
