Your New Role…
Warner Bros. Discovery is searching for an Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Warsaw.
You will play a key role in supporting employees across Europe, handling P&C Services-related requests and executing standardized processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits, mobility, and compliance. We’re looking for someone proactive and independent, passionate about improving processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience aligned with our culture.

Your Role Accountabilities
Respond to and resolve P&C, pay, policy, benefits, and employee data requests via ServiceNow (SNOW) Case Management
Process employee data transactions in Workday throughout the employee lifecycle
Prepare employment contracts and related documentation, including benefit payments and employment verifications
Audit HR systems for accuracy and compliance with data privacy and SOX standards
Support large-scale data changes related to mergers, acquisitions, and other organizational activities
Assist in maintaining process guides and training new team members
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in HR administration or related field, preferably in a global shared services environment
Fluent in Polish and English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) are a plus
Strong technical skills with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and case management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
