Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack (Golang/Node JS & Angular/React) (MSC team),Bangalore
- 11-15 years of experience developing Full Stack applications
- Experience in building scalable APIs and service with strong expertise in Node.js and GoLang.
- Experience in databases with solid understanding of MongoDB and at least one relational database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience building modular apps with a strong grasp of modern front-end development principles and frameworks (e.g., React or Angular).
- Experience in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience in DevOps/SRE practices such as CI/CD, performance monitoring & incident management
- 4+ years leading junior & mid-level developers (providing coaching, mentoring, setting goals, and recruiting talent).
- Hands-on expertise in disparate technologies, typically ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between.
- Demonstrated ability to design complex, distributed systems with performance, reliability, and maintainability in mind.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize across the full technology stack.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate and influence across teams.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, mentor team members, and foster a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
- Experience leading OTT applications is a strong plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
