Your New Role

The Data Analyst will support and lead the Data & Insights team in creating and managing analytics solutions that transform data into actionable knowledge. This role will operate in a complex data landscape, integrating and providing accessible data to WBD partners, while also driving strategic analysis across Ad Sales and Sports.

With the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, this role will be a key contributor to strategic projects, structuring audience data so the team can analyze detailed scenarios and identify business opportunities.

The scope of work goes beyond developing dashboards and reports. The Data Analyst will also lead problem-solving processes, continuously seeking efficiency, automation, and innovative solutions to strengthen the business.

Responsibilities include delivering recurring audience reports (weekly and monthly), conducting ad hoc projects for Ad Sales and Sports, monitoring content evolution across platforms, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring improvements in reporting processes and data governance.

Your Role Accountabilities

Data Maintenance & Optimization

  • Drive improvements in reporting processes, dashboard optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Coordinate with external providers (e.g., Netquest, Kantar IBOPE) for studies and surveys.
  • Maintain and enhance the current data environment with best practices in data harmonization, quality assurance, and solid structural improvements.
  • Map end-to-end data lineage across sources and systems, ensuring transparency and understanding of data usage.
  • Document and manage all utilized reports, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

Business Support

  • Act as key point of contact for Ad Sales and Distribution regarding performance and business opportunities.
  • Prepare strategic presentations and support commercial pitches with audience insights.
  • Document and maintain traceability of deliverables in accessible repositories.
  • Design, produce, and present weekly and monthly performance reports.

Data visualization

  • Understand the partners´ problems and recommends solutions based upon understanding of business units to help refine and improve what is being requested by the business;
  • Be critical and always think of innovative solutions that allows WBD to be more efficient in LATAM;
  • Maintain and improve regular dashboards always focusing on the purpose of it.

Time optimization

  • Automate reports with a focus on reducing manual processes.
  • Encourage and empower partners to use data in a self served way .

Workshop D&I team

  • Based on your expertise, share the multiple possibilities with the tools so that our team can think of new projects or opportunities to propose to partners (cross analysis);
  • Empower the Insights team to solve basic adjustments

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Manage audience measurement tools: Kantar Ibope Instar, TechEdge
  • 3+ years of experience in media research and audience analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
  • Advanced English (oral and written).
  • Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and ability to lead projects end-to-end.
