Your Role Accountabilities
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end payment flows for DTC subscription and transactional streaming services
- Monitor authorization rates, identify decline trends, and implement strategies to improve transaction success
- Collaborate with payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Support international payment expansion by evaluating local payment methods and regional acquiring strategies
- Partner with finance, product, and engineering teams to enhance payment platform capabilities
- Stay updated on industry trends and translate insights into business impacts
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in subscription-based payments and ecommerce
- Solid understanding of digital wallets, alternative payment methods, and card payment processing
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience working with merchants and payment service providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
