Your New Role
The operations coordinator role is a junior/graduate position and will support all experienced operational specialists within the region. They will support on all sales requests sent via the specialists for specific Ad Sales teams, supporting on the administration side of the department, including the avails lookups, plan checks, creative QA testing, bookings, trafficking, reporting and general admin support.
This role is inwards facing, supporting operations within the APAC region, to maximise the departments time and to support the specialists, to meet all expectations on campaign delivery.
Your Role Accountabilities
Support Sales on proposals, avail checks and advice on formats
Book, traffic and manage digital ad campaigns
Handle screengrabs for sales/clients at the beginning of campaigns
Prepare weekly, ad hoc and post campaign reports
Provide feedback and advice on optimisations in order to achieve campaign KPIs
Creative testing, ensuring that new creatives meet CNN’s technical specs.
Troubleshoot issues: All banner creative, custom executions, under/over-delivery issues, order management and implementation.
Ensure campaign billing, rep commissions and vendor payment is correct and co-ordinate with finance department for process and amendments where required.
General support to the operations specialists and in turn sales teams within region.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Positive and service-oriented attitude
Detail oriented, strong organization skills & ability to meet deadlines
Effective spoken and written communication skills in English
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products: Excel a must
Self-starter, capable of working independently & team player also
Nice to haves:
Knowledge/experience of ad-serving, web page composition and analytical tools
Good understand of HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plus
Eager to learn about all parts of the digital advertising industry
