The Role:

The Specialist, Content Readiness, Global Content Operations, plays a vital role in supporting the

Licensing department’s objectives within Global Content Operations, with a focus on Content

Readiness and Inventory Management. This role is responsible for identifying the correct content

assets and source materials across multiple asset management systems, reporting availability and

timelines to key stakeholders, and coordinating the conformance of course to their respective

video versions. The Specialist will also manage timelines, provide regular updates, and help drive

operational efficiency by strengthening our inventory with ready to deliver content.

Your Role Accountabilities:

· Research and identify correct content assets and sources from multiple asset

management systems.

· Report availability and timelines to key stakeholders to ensure efficient content readiness.

· Coordinate and dictate timelines required for conformance jobs of sources to their

respective video versions.

· Oversee inventory preparation and retrieval of content from various global points of

contact.

· Monitor timelines and provide regular reports on content readiness and availability.

· Manage asset conformance processes in collaboration with in-house teams.

· Develop and implement best practices, reporting structures, and process improvement

initiatives with cross-functional teams.

· Gather and analyze data using SQL queries, Excel reports, and various data visualization

tools (Domo, Tableau, SmartSheet).

· Request and manage data input from responsible teams to support content readiness

· Conduct root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives based on objective data and evidence. · Develop a deep understanding of asset creation processes, timelines, and workflows. · Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues through strong written and verbal communication. · Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across different backgrounds and levels of expertise. · Adapt to frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals while ensuring consistency and efficiency. · Analyze data sets to derive relevant insights that align with business requirements.

Qualifications & Experiences:

· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Operations, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within media

operations, content distribution, or a related field in the entertainment industry.

· Strong proficiency in data collection and visualization tools, including Excel, SQL,

SmartSheet, Domo, and Tableau.

· Solid knowledge of relational databases and database system operations.

· Experience in asset management, localization, or media operations.

· Understanding of metadata standards, file formats, and content servicing workflows.

· Familiarity with licensing operations, the FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) market,

and SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand) services.

· Awareness of current trends and emerging technologies in content delivery and asset

management.

· Experience with international content distribution and an understanding of global market

dynamics is a plus.

· Experience coordinating with vendors for subtitling, dubbing, and mastering processes.

· Strong analytical mindset with a solutions-driven approach.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality and efficiency.

· Keen attention to detail in content tracking and issue resolution.

· Ability to thrive in a structured yet dynamic work environment.
