Your New Role…
The Senior Accounting Manager, EMEA Studios will join the EMEA Studios Accounting Controllership team based in Warsaw, Poland. This team oversees monthly and quarterly US GAAP reporting, statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions, audit compliance, and supports global financial reporting processes. You’ll manage 1–2 team members and report to the Senior Accounting Director.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Manage accounting tasks and processes using IFRS/US GAAP and relevant local GAAPs

• Review complex financial reporting transactions and guide stakeholders on technical accounting matters

• Lead and support a team of 1–2 Senior Accountants, including deliverables, issue resolution, and development

• Drive process improvements and automation in accounting workflows

• Oversee internal and external audits, including SOX testing and financial compliance

• Prepare and review management reports, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses

Qualifications & Experience…

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance with proven experience in international accounting/auditing

• Solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP

• Familiarity with country-specific GAAPs (UK, German, French, Polish, Spanish, Nordic) is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience preferred

• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

• High integrity team player with resilience and adaptability

• ACCA, CIMA or PIBR qualification is a strong advantage

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
