Your New Role...
Reporting to the EMEA EC Supervisor, the EC Specialist is part of a team of Tier1 P&C Services professionals supporting the EMEA region. The job holder is in charge of overall P&C administration in the assigned countries from Onboarding through the Employee Lifecycle until offboarding in a complex environment.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Responds to employee inquires
Performs HR transactions in Workday
Prepares employment related contracts in compliance with local regulation and company policy – manages the onboarding process with all involved stakeholders
Manages the entire offboarding process
Manages positions
Prepares payroll information
Tracks probation periods
Assists with reporting and audit
Provides employment verification
Escalates unresolved matters to Tier 2 / on site or responsible third parties
Participates in several process improvement projects to standardize processes, improve efficiency and timeliness
Participates in global / local projects
Maintain good working relationship and cooperation with P&C partners, Payroll, Benefits COE, Finance teams
Qualifications & Experience…
At least 2-3 years of experience in the general field of HR administration
Prior experience with HR related projects, transitions, system implementations
Must be fluent in Polish and English, fluency in other European languages preferred, namely Slavic languages, Czech, Romanian (others a plus, but not preferred)
Advanced user of Workday
Advanced user of ServiceNow tracking system
Understanding of payroll processes of supported countries
Advanced Excel usage
Demonstrated effectiveness working with contact center technology including but not limited to contact center tracking system and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
High level knowledge of local labor laws of supported countries, experience working with works councils / trade unions is preferred.
Ability to manage, influence, partner, negotiate, effectively communicate through verbal and written methods
Adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change
Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential issues and difficult customers
Passionate about customer experience
