People Development Coordinatorは、WBSTTにおける人材育成の中核を担い、従業員の成長と組織のパフォーマンス向上を支援します。社内トレーニングの 企画・推進を担い、
トレーニング運営に関わる調整業務や外部トレーニングの 手配、効果測定など、多岐にわたる業務を通じて、学びを重視する企業文化の 醸成に貢献します。

また、社内外の学習リソースへのアクセスを促進し、全社的な能力開発の 推進役として活躍します。

Your Role Accountabilities...

トレーニングの実施

• リーダーシップ層は除く、各階層・職種に応じたトレーニングの実施

• トレーニング資料およびコンテンツの継続的な改善サポート

• トレーニング後のフィードバック収集と効果測定の実施

• 新入社員向けインダクショントレーニングの実施

トレーニング運営・管理

• トレーニングスケジュールの策定と調整

• 参加者リストの作成、招待状の送付、出欠確認

• トレーニング会場やオンライン環境の準備・管理

• 外部トレーニングの手配

• トレーニング関連の発注書（PO）作成と予算管理

• トレーニングトラッカーの更新とレポート作成

• 各部門からの研修リクエストの収集・調整

社内連携・プロジェクト参画

• 学習プラットフォームへのアクセス促進

• WBSJ全チームと連携し、部門別トレーニングやインダクショントレーニングの調整

Qualifications & Experiences...

• トレーナーまたは講師としての実務経験と実績

• 多様な職種・階層の従業員に対する人材開発経験

• トレーニングを独立して実施できる能力

• 高いプレゼンテーションスキルとファシリテーションスキル

• 優れたタイムマネジメント・計画力・調整力

• 高い正確性を持って事務作業を遂行できるスキル

• Microsoft Office（PowerPoint、Word、Excel）の高い操作スキル

• 社内外の関係者と信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション能力

Nice to have

• 英語でのコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーション能力

• トレーニング評価やROI測定の知識・経験
