The Role
The primary job function is to co-ordinate marketing activities that contribute to sales growth and licensing partnerships, while also handling daily operations to support the content licensing team.
Develop and execute marketing and release strategies for all WBD content, including digital product propositions, campaign execution, performance analysis, and profitability management
Ensure operational excellence across campaign delivery, budget management, and process optimization
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination among diverse teams and business units to support the successful delivery of key marketing initiatives
Liaise between internal stakeholders (Local, HQ, Regional) and external partners (India, SE.Asia, Korea) to ensure seamless communication and assist with partner deliverables
Manage and optimize marketing assets to ensure brand guideline compliance and support effective campaign execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to formulate effective strategies
Lead the planning and execution of special projects, encompassing event preparation and cross-functional coordination
Oversee external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
The Essentials
5–7 years of experience in brand, franchise, media, or integrated marketing roles, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing
Strategic thinker with a passion for content, pop culture, social & media trends
Flexible and resilient, capable of excelling in high-pressure, dynamic environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration
Strong command of spoken and written English
