Your Role Accountabilities...

• ホストおよび駐車場チームが持ち込む問題の一次対応者としての役割を果たす

• IT、コールセンター、R&Bチームと協力し、Galaxyチケットシステムの稼働、問題解決および正確な報告書作成を支援する
• ホストおよび駐車場チームの業務品質を確保し、必要に応じてオン・オフの研修やサポートを提供する
• チームメンバー全員にその日の業務内容や勤務パターンを的確に伝える
• 企業イベント、特別仕様、その他のイベントを含む毎営業日の適切な人員配置スケジュールを作成し、チームに十分な通知を行う
• チームメンバーとの個別面談やパフォーマンスレビューを実施し、コーチング、ガイダンス、サポートを提供する
• アトラクションの効率的な運営を確保するため、他部署と連携する
• ファシリティチームと連携し、駐車場およびフロントエリアのすべてのメンテナンス問題を解決する

People/Leadership

• トレーニングをサポートし、チームが顧客のニーズに応え、最高水準のサービスを提供し、サービスレベルを維持・向上できるようにする
• 日々の朝礼に参加し、部署やビジネスの活動をチーム全員が把握できるようにする
• 採用活動をマネージャーと共に支援し、新メンバーのメンターやトレーナーとなる
• 安全衛生ポリシーおよび手順を遵守し、ビジターやスタッフに安全な環境を提供する
• チームメンバーの日常、週次、月次運営のシフト管理

Qualifications & Experiences...

Relevant Previous Work Experience

• ゲストサービスでの経験：5年以上
• チームリーダー経験：3年以上（5～10名以上のチーム）
• チームで目標を達成するための経験 困難な状況で問題を解決する能力
• 顧客およびスタッフと効果的にコミュニケーションする能力
• 以下の分野での経験歓迎：ホテルなどのホスピタリティ、小売、アトラクション、航空業界

Skills Required

• 顧客サービスの最高水準を提供
• 販売機会を積極的に見つけ、顧客の期待を超える努力 個人およびチームを目標達成に向けてモチベート
• スタジオツアー運営を向上させるために、迅速かつ効果的にコミュニケーション
• 顧客およびスタッフと効果的に関わる能力
• 柔軟なアプローチでチームの一員として働く能力

Working Pattern:

• 年間変動労働制（週約37.5時間）
• 月ごとにシフトを作成
• 土日祝日、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）含む
