Your New Role…
The Show Experience department is dedicated to delivering an exceptional visitor experience through all interactions and engagements with our guests. Within this department, the Event team is responsible for managing all consumer, corporate, and conferencing activities at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. The Event department plays a crucial role in the success of the studio tour by driving exciting and compelling event activities. This is achieved by hosting special events for both corporate and consumer visitors, thereby generating incremental revenue through a diverse portfolio of activities.
The primary responsibility of this position is to focus on driving growth through our conferencing business, as well as bolstering support for the wider event operation. The team operates around the core business and calendar, ensuring a first-rate experience for all visitors and clients. Contracted hours for this position will be 40 per week, including weekend work on both Saturday and Sunday. You will also be required to work evening events. Your normal hours of work will be between 9:00 and 18:00, except during conferencing and event requirements, when your hours will be scheduled to support the activity.
This is a full-time, 6-month secondment/FTC position.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Support excellence in delivering Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, The Making of Harry Potter, by assisting with event activities and managing enquiries.
Ensure seamless delivery to visitors and clients by working with the catering provider.
Collaborate with the Trade sales team to support the Friday Lates product and similar future products.
Communicate and work together as an event and Show Experience team, collaborating with all WBD divisions and partners.
Develop and maintain a current conferencing brochure with the Marketing team to promote the conferencing product.
Undertake at least 2 duty management shifts per month to support the operation of the Studio tour.
Develop the conferencing event business through smooth delivery and driving incremental sales.
Support consumer event creation and delivery, working with the Event Manager.
Ensure all event clients and visitors have a seamless experience from initial enquiry to event/conference delivery.

Achieve agreed targets for event conferencing activity, managing margins through cost and pricing management.
Qualifications & Experience…
Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification and or extensive vocational experience)
Experience of working within an event and hospitality department environment at a management level.
Experience in environments emphasising service, standards, and commercial management.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Ability to problem solving and decision making across all areas daily.
Proactively seeking opportunities to increase sales.
Developing and motivating individuals and teams to achieve goals.
Creating effective communication to enhance store operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, well-organised, and focused.
Flexible team player, able to prioritise workload and manage change.
