Your New Role
As a skilled Sr Technical Project Manager they will lead initiatives focused on the consolidation or divestiture of tools used in workplace organization as a result of mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects related to M365, Exchange, EndPoint Engineering, Collaboration Tools, and AV Engineering.

Your Role Accountabilities

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on the consolidation or divestiture of workplace tools post M&A.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration or separation of systems and tools.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of M365, Exchange, EndPoint Engineering, Collaboration Tools, and AV Engineering during transitions.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in workplace organization tools.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.

  • Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and team cohesion.

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular project status reports, document project progress, and maintain comprehensive project records.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, business administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management related to M365, Exchange, EndPoint Engineering, Collaboration Tools, and AV Engineering.

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in O365, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft products.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Experience working in a global company

Desirable

  • Experience working in a media company

  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on technical integration or separation.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in workplace organization tools.

  • Prior experience in a senior technical project management role within a large organization.
