Your New Role…
The Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy reports to the SVP & General Manager of the business and will lead standardization of go-to-market offerings, efficient commercial monetization of Golf Digest assets, manage operational deployment of closed business, activate partner integration into consumer assets, and support the development of consumer revenue operations. The Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy is the liaison between editorial, sales, Golf Digest Studio, Golf Digest Marketing, Golf Digest Product and Operations, sales and sales operations partners, and internal finance and accounting. This role will work directly with the SVP & GM in overall Golf Digest long-term planning and strategies.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Responsible for managing operations and maintaining consistent strategy in monetizing all Golf Digest media assets, including management and growth of the ad sales P&L
- Reporting directly into the Senior Vice President, Golf for TNT Sports & General Manager, Golf Digest, the Director must maintain an overall understanding of and contribute to the strategic positioning of the brand in the marketplace through new partnerships, distribution channels, and development of consumer-facing assets.
- Responsible for deal approvals and implementing efficient processes for positive impacts on both revenue and operations.
- Has a comprehensive understanding of the movement of every ad dollar throughout the pipeline—from pitch to closure.

- Responsible for deal approvals and implementing efficient processes for positive impacts on both revenue and operations.
- Has a comprehensive understanding of the movement of every ad dollar throughout the pipeline—from pitch to closure.
- Drives global sales strategy by building, maintaining, and optimizing models.
- Onboards new products and strategic partners to provide sales with more outlets to drive value.
- Structures, evaluates, and negotiates partnership terms for business development deals.
- Delivers value beyond ad sales including equity investments, barter, in-kind marketing, and reciprocal membership benefits.
- Works cross-functionally with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
- Develops global inventory pricing and packaging strategies for media assets across all revenue streams: digital, print, social, podcast, events, and licensing.
- Oversees all revenue operations, including a team of contracted media planners, traffickers, ad product, and analysts.
- Delivers month-end forecasts for the accrual to Finance and Accounting, serving as the point of contact for all questions around revenue management for golf assets.
Qualifications & Experience…
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales, finance, marketing, analytics, and/or strategy, OR a Master’s degree in a Business field with 5+ years of experience in the mentioned industries required.
- Salesforce Administration and P&L management experience required.
- Client-facing interaction and account management experience required.
- Deep understanding of digital news consumption trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving media landscape.
- Cross-functional experience with management of both internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and executing models and revenue growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $125,510.00 - $233,090.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
