The Job
WBD’s GCO team is seeking an enthusiastic Content Ops Coordinator to join the team responsible for the supply of content to multiple digital platforms. The Coordinator will support key scheduling, rights, metadata, and content delivery functions across several WBD distribution platforms. The ideal candidate is consumer obsessed, exceptionally organized, technically proficient, and eager to learn and support a variety of critical functions across the team.

The Daily – Major Activities

• Maintain rights compliance across various distribution platforms (25%)

• Support content metadata population across WBD’s expansive content library as well as new-to-market programming (25%)

• Perform key actions in WBD scheduling tools to ensure speedy, accurate and consistent delivery of large quantities of content packages (10%)

• Guide ongoing metadata adjustments through analysis of Excel reporting (10%)

• Analyze current and planned platform content offering to ensure compliance with programming strategy and partner agreements (10%)

• Support troubleshooting of content scheduling and ops issues (10%)

• Other duties as assigned (10%)

The Essentials

  • 1-3 years of experience in TV programming or scheduling, digital media, production/post-production, or other similar role
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • BA/BS required or equivalent combination of skills
  • Outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel required
  • Extremely organized, with meticulous attention to detail

The Nice to Haves

  • Experience with rights management a plus
  • Experience with content programming/scheduling a plusStrong digital media industry landscape knowledge and technical savvy desired
