職務内容：

セールス

· すべての販売機会を最大限に活用し、リテールチームを店舗内の最も効果的なエリアに配置し、お客様の待ち時間を最小限に抑えることで、売上目標を確実に達成する

· ビジターの平均単価を高めるため、模範を示しながらチームが提供するサービスを最適化する

· 商品パフォーマンスに関するフィードバックと情報の収集

· 結果をモニター、レビューし、それに応じてプロセスを進化させる

人材/リーダーシップ

· チームが顧客のニーズに応え、最適なサービスレベルを提供し、ビジュアルスタンダードを維持するための十分な装備を確保するためのスタッフトレーニングをサポートする

· 毎日のブリーフィングに参加し、チームメンバー全員が部門内および事業内の活動を完全に把握できるようにする

· すべてのH&Sポリシーと手順を遵守し、すべての訪問者とスタッフのための安全な環境を確保する

· 毎日、毎週、毎月のチームメンバーのシフトをマネジメントする

· マネージャーを採用面でサポートし、新メンバーのメンター兼トレーナーとなる

サービス基準

· リテールオペレーションマネージャーを支援し、優れたサービスを提供し、フィードバックを与えることで積極的な行動を奨励する

在庫と基準

· 店舗およびリテールエリアの在庫レベルの管理

· すべてのスキーム、グラフィック、設備がガイドラインと合意された基準に従って正しく使用され、店舗が最高水準のビジュアルマーチャンダイジングされていることを確認する

· 商品と包装の効率的な取り扱いにより、シュリンクを最小限に抑える

管理業務

· 精算と現金管理のサポート

· その他在庫カウントのサポートと補助

求めるスキル：

· 3年以上のチームリーダー経験（5～10名以上）

· 売上を伸ばし、顧客の期待を上回る機会を積極的に模索する力

· 目標を達成するためにタイムリーかつ効率的に個人とチームのモチベーションを高めるコミュニケーション能力

· お客様やスタッフとの効果的なコミュニケーション力

· 柔軟なアプローチでチームの一員として働くチームワーク力

· PCスキル（Micro office, Outlook, Power Point, Excel）

· ホスピタリティ（ホテル等）、リテール、アトラクション、航空業界での経験歓迎

勤務形態：

· 1ヶ月単位の変形労働制（週37.5時間程度）

· 月平均休日日数 10日
