Your New Role…

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, the Recruitment Support Coordinator will support the recruitment of all roles (Entertainment & Fiction) for production projects. Additionally, you will oversee work experience programmes, manage relationships with educational establishments and charities and support new entrants and junior candidates in TV.

You will support the development of our career channels on social media and constantly search for innovative communication channels to ensure target group-specific recruitment strategies, working to create an excellent candidate experience in all stages from ad publication to recruitment.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Working with management (including Executive Producers and Production Management) to create a talent brief

  • Reviewing CVs using databases and other resources and pre-selecting suitable applicants

  • Communicating with potential employees and checking availability, answering e-mail correspondence e.g. for initiative applications or other contacts

  • Advertising production jobs, especially for short-term requirements

  • Creating and maintaining the database; creating new productions and searches, updating resumes, availability, job listings and tracking all new hires

  • Recruiting and supervising interns and assisting with further career planning

  • Pre-internship meetings or interviews, intake interviews with all interns where they review their resume and receive advice on networking and finding entry-level jobs

  • Project management: support with the introduction of a new applicant database and development of required processes and flowcharts

  • Support in the area of employer branding (Kununu, Linkedin, etc.), supporting the creation of flyers and other brand materials for employer branding events, e.g. job fairs

  • Assistance in planning events and active participation in events and trade fairs

    Qualifications & Experience…

    • A background in television production or Talent Management (Recruitment) and experience gained in fast-paced working environments

    • Experience in using various recruiting channels from active sourcing to social media and classic job boards

    • Knowledge and understanding of TV programming in Germany would be preferable

    • Able to work independently and as part of a local team

    • Very organised with ability to meet tight deadlines

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Ability to prioritise workload
