Doit être titulaire d’un MBA ou d’une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans un domaine connexe, notamment en comportement organisationnel, en gestion des ressources humaines, en stratégie, en gestion ou en administration des affaires.
Doit démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente en gestion, de préférence en négociation, en médiation ou en gestion des conflits.
Doit aussi avoir de l’expérience en enseignement, de préférence en négociation, en gestion, en ressources humaines, en comportement organisationnel ou en stratégie.
