Analyse des propriétés physicochimiques, évaluation sensorielle et méthodes de mesure des contaminants alimentaires.

Requirements:

Exigences requises : Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine du cours ou l'équivalent*. Connaissance de diverses procédures et techniques de laboratoire standard. Certification SIMDUT-laboratoire valide. Expérience dans le domaine du cours. Une expérience de l'enseignement universitaire est un atout.

* La personne candidate doit clairement démontrer dans son CV la pertinence de sa formation académique par rapport à la matière du cours.
Nature du travail : Mise en œuvre des principes théoriques appris dans NUT3540 Analyse des aliments (cours magistral). Préparation et remise en place du laboratoire.
Mode d'enseignement : En personne - Campus Lees / Type « C » : cours avec travaux écrits et examens qui ne peuvent être corrigés par ordinateur.
