Requirements:

La Section de droit civil veut recruter des professeurs à temps partiel qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.B, un J.D ou son équivalent est nécessaire. La personne choisie doit aussi avoir une expérience significative en fondements du droit, en particulier la common law. Le fait d’avoir enseigné un cours dans ce domaine auparavant est un atout.

À sa discrétion, la Section de droit civil se réserve le droit de sélectionner un postulant ne répondant pas entièrement aux critères de l’affichage si sa sélection serait dans l’intérêt du programme, du cours, des étudiants ou une autre justification connexe.
