Ce cours a pour objectif de donner aux étudiants de maitrise en droit, les habiletés nécessaires pour la rédaction d’un projet de recherche juridique (dissertation, mémoire de recherche ou toute autre communication scientifique).
La personne idéale possèdera un LL.L. ou un LL.B. et un LL.M en droit ou leur équivalent est nécessaire. Le candidat ou la candidate doit aussi être membre en règle du Barreau de Québec et aura une connaissance approfondie des exigences des études supérieures en droit aux Canada. Priorité donnée à une personne ayant déjà enseigné le cours durant les dernières années.
