Ph.D. in Communication or MA with extensive relevant professional experience.
10+ years experience in increasingly senior positions directing communication strategy, communication planning, media relations, event planning and crisis communication in public and private sector organizations.
Ability to create community service learning (CSL) initiatives.
Evidence of an excellent capacity to teach at the university level.
