These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Maîtrise en musique ou l'équivalent; expérience importante comme musicien contrebassiste; grande connaissance du répertoire d'orchestre; membre d’un d'orchestre de renom préférablement dans un poste de contrebasse solo (contrebasse solo associé, assistant contrebasse solo, solo invité); expérience de l'enseignement au niveau universitaire. / Master's degree in music or equivalent; extensive experience as an orchestral doublebass; knowledge of orchestral repertoire; experience in and current involvment in a major orchestra, preferably at a leading post (such as concertmaster, associate or assistant concertmaster, principal or assistant principal); experience in teaching at university level.
