Questions méthodologiques particulières à la recherche dans les régions en développement. Examen des aspects qualitatifs de l'analyse et de la collecte de données mettant l'accent sur les méthodes de recherche participative et en explorant les implications de la recherche dans un contexte fondé sur des structures de pouvoir.

Doctorat complété ou en voie d’être complété en développement international ou dans un domaine connexe; expérience en enseignement universitaire un atout. Ce cours fait partie du régime d’apprentissage expérientiel approfondi (RAEA). Un expérience dans ce domaine serait un acquis. Veullez noter qu'un minimum de 60% de la note finale de l’étudiant.e sera attribué aux activités d’apprentissage expérientiel.
