La Section de common law est à la recherche de candidates et de candidats qui font figure de chefs de file au sein de la profession juridique. Un diplôme de LL.B., de J.D. ou l’équivalent est requis pour ce poste. L’appartenance en règle au Barreau de l’Ontario (ou l’équivalent) est également exigée. La personne choisie possédera une expérience pratique considérable dans le domaine du droit pénal canadien ainsi qu’en plaidoirie orale et écrite. Une expérience préalable en enseignement sera considérée comme un atout.
