Le développement d'un vocabulaire iconographique et de motifs à partir de différentes sources, y compris l'expérience et les observations personnelles, et à partir de l'imaginaire. Une connaissance passive de l'anglais est requise.
Painting and image II: Motif and Metaphor
The construction of the image; development of meaning from the motif. Image as conveyor of metaphor. Development of a vocabulary of image and motif from various sources, including personal experience and observation, and from the imagined.
A passive knowledge of French is required.

Maîtrise en arts visuels ou l'équivalent. Pratique reconnue et dossier d'exposition en peinture et en art contemporain. Expérience en enseignement post-secondaire./ Master of Fine Arts or equivalent. Established reputation and exhibition record in painting and contemporary art. Teaching experience at post-secondary level.
