Course Description:

The Internet and a wide range of related digital technologies have changed the way businesses design and implement marketing strategies. This course focuses on the strategic and tactical applications of these ever-changing digital marketing technologies on decision-making and strategy formulation in areas such as business intelligence gathering, competitive analysis, customer analysis, customer relationship management, supply chain management, new product development, branding, positioning, promotion, and advertising, services management, and e-commerce. Hands-on experience with selected technologies/tools may be provided.

Requirements:

Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in an area directly related to the course. Must have recent professional experience in the area of the course. Must have experience with social media, social media marketing tools, website design and optimization and website analytical tools.
