Enseignement clinique / Clinical Teaching: $67.87 (Bsc. - 2024-2025) ; $87.76 (Msc. - 2024-2025)The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements (Faculty):
B.Sc.N. with recent clinical experience in pediatric nursing. Nurse registration in the province of Ontario.
Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Conflict resolution skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Course Schedule:
Coordination: January 5 to April 30, 2026.
Schedule varies according to course requirements.
Additional Comments for Posting:
Applicant cannot be teaching the same course during the same semester as they are coordinating.
Previous experience as a clinical instructor preferred.
Certain clinical partners require work experience on their units in order to work as a Clinical Instructor. As a condition of employment at UOttawa, the chosen candidate must be in good standing with the site where clinical teaching is to occur. Requirements of individual hospitals/worksites are available upon request.
