AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.
These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Nature of Work
Journal Reflection (individual assignment): 10 minutes per assignment
Midterm (individual assignment): 5 minutes per assignment
Group Project (10 to 11 teams): 15 minutes per assignment
Class attendance: 12 hours over course of semester
Office hours and Admin tasks: 5 hours over course of semester
Minimum qualifications
Must have experience teaching negotiations or administering negotiation exercises in some capacity
Must be available during business hours for scheduling meetings and Thursdays 2:30-5:30
Previous TA experience
Must be available in person
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 8.0;
Experience with online course delivery considered an asset
Experience with online videoconferencing environment considered an asset (ex. Microsoft Teams)

Candidates on short list may be interviewed by course professor/coordinator.
Qualified applicants will be required to do a written examination and earn a minimum of 80%.
