Responsibilities:
The candidate will be engaged to help evaluate the City of Toronto’s Home Energy Loan Program.
The candidate must be familiar with Property Assisted Clean Energy (PACE) energy efficiency programs.
The candidate must be familiar with the EnerGuide Home energy rating system used to assign energy ratings to homes in Canada.
The candidate must be comfortable with data analysis, including causal inference and machine learning techniques, and be able to implement these techniques using R or Python.
The candidate must have good written English and be comfortable interacting with others in a professional context.
Qualifications:
Should be a PhD student focused on environment, economics, statistics.
Should be comfortable working in R or Python.
Should be comfortable with the analysis of large longitudinal data sets.
