The Senior Manager, HR Performance and Results Delivery Unit is responsible for driving measurable outcomes in HR service delivery by establishing a structured framework for data driven and quality assurance of HR services performance, digital transformation, change management and communications, governance, and financial oversight. This role ensures that HR initiatives translate into impactful results aligned with institutional objectives and strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Reporting directly to AVP, HR, this position will liaise with Executive Offices, the Secretariat, and work in close collaboration with HR leaders and HR business partners, and operational units to establish HR plans, priorities, leverage governance, and act as authority to drive HR effectiveness, streamline processes, advance digital service delivery, and implement and oversee a culture of accountability.
In this role, your responsibilities will include
Develop a results-oriented framework to track HR’s contributions to organizational success. Monitor HR initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks assessments, and impact analysis.
Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure HR service delivery effectiveness and reinforce accountability across HR sectors. Identify and remove bottlenecks affecting HR efficiency and performance.
Align HR services and policies with a data-driven, high-performance work environment by partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise, and operational units to drive transformation through collaboration and change management.
Standardize HR service delivery by designing and implementing a client-centric digital roadmap, creating guidelines for management to streamline service delivery by introducing standardized processes and best practices by leading targeted interventions to address critical HR inefficiencies and improvements.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by creating an in-year monitoring and oversight framework, and using structured feedback loops, performance tracking and data-driven decision-making to optimize HR strategies and seek to measuring impact and benefit
What you will bring
Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, data analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Seven (7) years of progressive experience with a proven track record of developing and executing people-focused strategies that have shaped organizational development with a focus on change management through service delivery initiatives, effective communications and employee engagement.
Significant experience managing a sector’s (preferably HR) performance, establishing KPIs, dashboards, and service delivery metrics.
Significant supervision experience leading a multifunctional professional team with an institutional impact.
Demonstrated experience leading HR technology solutions implementations and digital transformation projects (e.g., HRIS, analytics platforms, dashboards, automation).
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability.
Ability to develop and implement strategic HR performance frameworks that drive organizational success.
Ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clarity, engagement, and transparency in HR initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex HR data and trends to inform decision-making.
Ability to establish and oversee accountability mechanisms, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance monitoring systems.
