Maîtrise en travail social ou dans une discipline connexe. Expérience de recherche et d’intervention dans le champ de la santé mentale. Connaissance des divers courants théoriques et pratiques dans le champ de la maladie / santé mentale. Capacité d’analyse critique des interventions institutionnelles, communautaires et alternatives. Expérience d’enseignement universitaire un atout.
