Requirements and Nature of Work:

NATURE DU TRAVAIL – NATURE OF WORK

The Centre for Research on Health and Nursing is looking for a nursing student to provide administrative support to the Palliative Care and Nursing Ethics and the Francophonie et Santé hubs.

This RA will be responsible for various administrative activities including but not limited to managing e-mail distribution lists, communicating with hub members, organizing internal hub gatherings, keeping event statistics, and preparing annual reports of hub activities.

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES – MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student at the School of Nursing (required)

  • Good organizational and time-management skills (required)

  • Prior experience providing admin for a university-affiliated research team (asset)

  • Prior volunteer or clinical experience in a palliative care setting (asset)

  • Prior engagement with the Palliative Care and Nursing Ethics and the Francophonie et Santé hubs (asset)

NIVEAU DE COMPÉTENCE D’UNE LANGUE SECONDE – LEVEL OF COMPETENCE IN SECOND LANGUAGE

High level of competence in both written and spoken French and English
