Requirements and Nature of Work:

  • In Year 3 or higher of the clinical program
  • Help clinical program directors with various administrative tasks and tasks related to program maintenance and improvement. Tasks may include compiling tables, communicating with faculty to obtain information, working on initiatives related to potential program/policy changes, contributing to initiatives related to equity, diversity, and inclusion within the program, etc.
  • Help clinical program director with various administrative tasks related to the preparation of the Institutional Quality Assurance Process (IQAP) report due at the end of the academic year
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent organizational skills, work habits (meet deadlines), and communication
  • Previous experience in this role would be an asset
