Requirements and Nature of Work:

Nature of work: We are hiring a highly motivated and meticulous Research Assistant to conduct a literature review on emotions in entrepreneurship. This role involves systematically reviewing existing literature, critically evaluating key studies, and contributing to the development of an integrative framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and synthesizing research findings, mapping out theoretical perspectives, and assessing gaps in the current literature. Additionally, the role includes creating a detailed database of reviewed literature, categorizing it by type, methodology, data source, theory, and findings.

Key tasks: Conduct a comprehensive and systematic literature search on the role of emotions in entrepreneurship using databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, PsycINFO, ABI/INFORM, Google Scholar, Sage Journals, JSTOR, Emerald Insight, ERIC (EBSCO), and ProQuest.
•Critically review and analyze existing studies, focusing on methodologies, theoretical frameworks, and key findings.
•Identify and synthesize major themes and trends in the literature.
Develop an integrative framework that consolidates findings across different studies.
• Create a detailed database of reviewed literature, categorizing each entry by type (empirical, conceptual, review), methodology, data source, theory, and findings.
•Highlight gaps and areas for future research in the field.
•Collaborate with the research team to prepare a detailed report and database based on the review.

Requirements: Requirements:
•Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in conducting literature reviews.
•Familiarity with academic databases, systematic review methodologies, and citation management tools.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining a database.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
•Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
