Promotion de la transition entre le rôle d'étudiant(e) en fin d'études et le rôle en début de pratique professionnelle par une pratique intensive dans un domaine d'intérêt choisi par l'étudiant(e). Ce dernier cours clinique met l'accent sur l'intégration et la synthèse des connaissances. Il met également l'accent sur les habiletés acquises au préalable de même que sur l'application de la théorie et la recherche dans la pratique infirmière.Expérience en élaboration de contrats d'apprentissage. Capacités en résolution de conflits et habilités en communication orale et écrite.

Exigences (Faculté) :

B.Sc.Inf. Capacité à démontrer d'excellentes relations interpersonnelles. Habiletés à résoudre des conflits. Facilité à s'adapter aux horaires de travail de l'étudiant et de son précepteur. Capacité de bien communiquer à l'oral et à l'écrit. Certificat de compétence du Collège des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario.

Horaire de cours:

Coordination. Du 1er janvier au 30 avril 2025. L'horaire varie selon les exigences du cours.

Le postulant ne peut pas enseigner dans le cours de stage en même temps qu'il coordonne celui-ci.
Préférence donnée à ceux qui ont déjà de l’expérience en enseignement clinique.
