Your tasks
Creation of communication materials & steering communication activities on internal and external social media.
Design and prepare engaging content for internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, presentations).
Participation in international HR Projects.
Collaborate on global HR initiatives, for example the implementation and optimization of various SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Performance & Development, Learning) and digital survey tools.
Workshop preparation
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal workshops and training sessions.
Research on people / HR-related topics.
Training management within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support the management of internal training communications, maintain training calendars, and coordinate participant logistics - all within the context of implementing and enhancing a new LMS.
Supporting office processes.
Your qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in learning & development, employee experience, and HR innovation.
You are confident in using MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with SuccessFactors or other LMS platforms is a plus.
You are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment.
You have a creative mindset and enjoy designing engaging communication and learning materials.
You are comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks at once.
Prior experience in HR, internal communications, or project work is an advantage but not required.
Your have excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage).
Additional Information
This position is limited to one year.
