Configure the SuccessFactors LMS Module

Support data model design, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions

Handle technical incidents, enhancements, and release testing

Assist with data migration, reporting, and audit/compliance topics

Document configurations and ensure documentation flow towards 2nd- and 3rd-level support

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration and administration

Technical knowledge of XML, OData, APIs, and provisioning tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Fluency in English (German is an advantage)

SuccessFactors certification is a plus
