Your tasks
Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) in the SAP system and coordinate with the Lab for activity reporting.
Verify customer information, payment terms, contracts, quotations, and VAT documentation, collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing, and IT teams on new customer matters.
Manage quotation and invoice requests, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of related documents to Finance for invoice issuance.
Send invoices to internal checklists, Sales teams, and customers; inform Finance regarding invoice adjustments, credit notes, or re-issuance.
Provide necessary documentation to Finance upon request to support billing and audit processes.
Handle payment-related issues for subcontractor testing fees and collaborate with Finance and courier suppliers on contracts and quotations.
Coordinate receipt of samples, customs clearance, and related fees for CS-SFL and CHN, including managing documents for cash advance settlements.
Monitor and provide feedback on Aging lists for CS-related accounts receivable to support timely collections.
Manage payment-related matters for ZDHC (Implementation Hub BV and ZDHC Gateway BV).
Oversee daily operations of direct team members, ensure task execution meets timeline and quality standards.
Provide guidance and training to team members when needed.
Take on other tasks as assigned by Managers.
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of testing standards such as ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 is a plus.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, CRM platforms, and invoice management.
Proficient in English communication at B level or equivalent.
Result and service-oriented with strong initiative and communication skills.
A proactive team player who can also work independently to meet challenging projects and timelines.
