Your tasks

You will also act as the Member of Corporate Social Responsibility in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Auditing in managing the day-to-day client enquiries to ensure coordination activities.

Implement coordination work related to CSR audit requests properly and timely, ensure all tasks are following CSR global Process Manual and each respective scheme’s manuals

Ensure continuation of CSR auditor qualification and upgrade of training as and when required (including subcontractors) for BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, COC…

Proper handling and storage of Audit reports and documents collected from the factory/ clients and related documents received from CMT

Internal and external update on weekly and monthly basic

Handle works related to finance (invoicing, subcontract payment…) on time

Handle admin tasks in the team

Other works assigned by Manager

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in operations support and coordinating office work.

Experience and knowledge of document control of quality management systems is advantageous

Proficient in MS Office applications

Good command of spoken and written English

Proactive with strong planning, organizing and administrative ability

Mature and service-oriented, with good ability to establish positive relations with clients

Excellent teamwork skills and hardworking spirit
