Your tasks

1. Compensation & Benefit

The day to day operations of HR

Support HR manager for HR compliance, government reporting, company event planning and any other company wide campaign and

Initiatives

Support HR manager for employee data analysis, material preparation, employee and management engagement

Monthly payroll including year-end settlement, social insurance reporting and employee termination

Analysis of HR cost and workforce for executive HR reports

Provide guidance to employees inquires on benefit programs, procedures, changes

Administer and supervise benefit programs such as group accident insurance, congratulatory and condolence

Managed annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, childcare leave

2. Recruitment

Responsible for recruitment including souring, scheduling interviews, offer generation etc

Manage headcount planning and execute full life cycle

Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the recruitment system and social media platforms

Proactively manage the internal recruitment process and campus recruiting

Deliver prompt follow up and feedback to candidates in the interview process

Build a network with relevant industry, professional or other groups to create a pipeline of talent

Maintain effective working relationship with all level of company management to ensure adequate coverage of business needs

3. HR Data / Reports

Personnel data management

Involve and support ad-hoc report

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support

Maintain employee document and HR system

Translation

Internal communication and events

Other HR related tasks assigned by the manager

Your qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher

2. More than 4 years of HR Generalist experience preferred

3. Fluent both English and Korean (Verbal/Written)

4. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and etc), SAP

5. Competencies

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Passionate, result oriented

Excellent planning and organization skills
