Your tasks

Lead testing activities of technicians in compliance with ISO 17025

Provide training for new technicians and offer regular updates when test procedures or methods are revised

Monitor testing deadlines and ensure timely completion of test requests

Regularly review and verify test results from technicians, ensuring accuracy and consistency with established procedures.

Develop new test procedures, techniques, and equipment as needed

Ensure availability and proper inventory control of testing consumables

Perform other tasks as assigned Lab Supervisor/ Lab Manager

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field

Minimum of 3-4 years of laboratory experience, particularly in the consumer product industry

Proficient in processing and calculating analytical results using GCMS and HS-GCMS

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff

High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in analysis, results, and reporting

Good coomunication skills and organizational abilities
