Your tasks
Give and recommend to GD the yearly manpower Plan with budget to follow;
Give the yearly training Plan with budget for lab team in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and VILAS
Manage a team of laboratory staffs, overall operations of the laboratory and optimization of resources
Assign target for lab team and evaluate his/her performance to report Activities into SAP correctly
Ensure accuracy of tests performed, including method and standards
Review and validate test data, as well as sign the testing report before sending to customers
Develop and validate analytical methods
Ensure all systems and procedures are control properly in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements and the company’s quality policy
Train staff the new technical method and supervise the performance in quarterly, and how to use equipment in testing well.
Oversee the proper upkeep and maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities, including schedule for calibration
Give the process and follow to maintenance equipment in accordance with asset and purchase policies
Give plan and control material for testing in accordance with purchase policies.
Control the labor cost and supervise the activity report of staffs effectively
Train all staffs understand and follow ISO 17025 applied for lab activities
Report the testing performance of Lab to Manager in monthly
Report the usage of material/ cost for testing and material stock in monthly
Other duties relevant to this level assigned by Manager
Your qualifications
Postgraduate / bachelor’s degree in chemistry or its equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience
Proficient in analytical method development and validation
Ability to manage and organize laboratory operations
Have deep knowledge and train subordinators for performing machine and equipment’s in analytical laboratory
English Communication with C level or equivalent
Familiar with ISO 17025 requirements
Result and service-oriented individual
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
